TAL Female Excellence in Advice Award LAUNCH

TAL created the Female Excellence in Advice Award with the AFA to celebrate outstanding female advisers and encourage greater gender equality in the financial services industry. To launch the 2017 award, we came up with a powerful theme that became a rally call to advisers and unified all communications across the roadshow and award nominations – from eDMs and digital to event collateral and a hype video. The idea of “Changing futures together” brought to life what these high achieving women do in the community while promoting the award in a way that drives real change by addressing gender bias.
