INSIGNIA WELCOME JOURNEY

Redeveloping their legacy onboarding journey to increase engagement and retention among workplace super members.

We delivered via a series of eDMs as part of the overall welcome journey, we aimed to educate and empower members on various aspects of their super, from understanding the benefits of going online to nominating beneficiaries and contributing to their super through salary sacrifice.

The communication approach focused on providing a warm and supportive experience for members, reinforcing the brand's commitment to their financial wellbeing. Through our strategic CX process we addressed common pain points and simplifying complex super concepts, ensuring the eDMs drove member engagement, action, and built trust.

Through strategic customer journey mapping and tailored messaging across Insignia's brands (ANZ, IOOF, MLC and Plum), the eDMs successfully conveyed the message that managing super can be easy and empowering with their guidance. The creative proposition of "It’s easy to keep on top of your super" resonated with members, encouraging them to take control of their financial future.
